heyy guys i started the ABC diet today but in reverse so my body gets used to food withdrawal i want to lose 9kg and i believe after that i will be happy, so my diet will be 800kcal for today, 600kcal tomorrow then 400kcal day after and finally 200kcal then i will fast a day then go all the way back up to 800kcal well today ive done well ive eaten...
slice of wholemeal bread 120kcal
banana 72kcal
mediteranean vegatables with fish 250kcal
salad potatoes 100kcal
sweetcorn 200kcal
chicken 100kcal
total is 742kcal
and i also did an hour bike ride :D so far so good
